Answer: Usually between 3-10 business days depending on which shipping method you paid for. If your item is a special order or on backorder, it may take longer. We will contact you and let you know if that’s the case.

Answer: We normally ship via DPD. It usually depends on the size of your package.

If something is out of stock can I backorder or special order it?

Do you offer free shipping?

Answer: Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders over £99 except international orders or orders shipped outside the UK mainland.

Do you ship internationally?

Answer: At this time we don’t offer international shipping directly through the website because each order requires a special shipping price quote. If you live outside of UK mainland please call us or write to us to get a shipping price quote.

Do you have a showroom?

Answer: We operate out of an office in London and at this time we are not set up as a showroom. Our entire catalog selection is online. Products ship from warehouses across the UK.
