Sky Rover 125GPA F/7.8 Refractor Telescope

The Sky Rover 125ED APO features a lightweight aluminium alloy optical tube for improved portability, weighing just 5.7kg. Its compact form makes it ideal for transport and travel.

Accessories can be mounted to the sides of the tube rings for added practicality. The telescope is compatible with the optional 0.8× reducer flattener, reducing the focal ratio from F/7.8 to F/6.24 for improved star sharpness and enhanced image detail.

Structure

 

Optical System

The 125ED APO uses a doublet air-spaced apochromatic design incorporating a Super ED element. ED glass reduces chromatic aberration and improves colour correction.

 

 

Tube Rings

The updated dual-ring design allows accessories to be mounted on the sides, improving versatility while maintaining a lightweight structure.

 

 

Detachable Extension Tube

A detachable 120mm extension tube provides flexibility for visual observing and astrophotography. Removing the extension allows easy installation of binoviewers and erecting prisms.

 

 

Focuser Performance

The long focal length delivers excellent image quality. When paired with small-sensor CCD or CMOS cameras, strong field correction can be achieved even without a flattener.
